2 sliced scallions
6 oz shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon white sugar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup cooked bacon bits
Nonstick cooking spray
How to make it:
Melt two tablespoons of the butter in a skillet over a moderate heat. Add the thyme and onions and cook for twenty minutes. Stir the mixture occasionally.
